What began as selling sourdough to neighbours in Peckham quickly evolved into a full catering operation – seasonal salads, soups, sandwiches, baked goods, and dinner drop specials that kept the community fed during those uncertain times.
My journey in professional cooking started on a farm in Ireland before moving on to ingredient-led kitchens in London, including the Quality Chop House, Quo Vadis and The Camberwell Arms. These experiences shape how I cook today: food guided by the seasons and built around exceptional produce.
